Insurance Policy

At Pitcher Dental Clinic we recognize that Insurance forms and policies are very complex and complicated. It is our goal to do all we can to ease the burden of dealing with the complicated issues surrounding dental insurance. As such, we process insurance claims and accept payment directly from insurance companies. At the time of your appointment the insurance will be processed electronically. We will know the amount your insurance will pay and you will be asked to pay any remaining balance. Where possible, we will assist you in communicating with your insurance company and explaining the benefits you have available. However, due to some privacy policies communication with insurance companies can be difficult and we appreciate your patience with this. Although we will do all we can to help you with your dental insurance, it is your responsibility to understand your dental benefits coverage and we encourage you to ask if you are unsure of your coverage amounts.
